Membership Plans
4 QuestionsPremium or membership subscription payment management is automatic through the fully integrated CS Pay payment solution, auto debiting funds from your patient’s card or bank account to fulfill the premium balance. If a payment bounces, the membership goes into a hold status, holding back discounts and benefits until the balance is paid and up to date.
With the auto renew option built into the patient sign up process, your patient’s membership plan with auto renew on the sign up anniversary of each year, automatically creating a new payment schedule for premium collection
All procedure codes have a discount mapped to them automatically, which is determined in the plan set up. Whether it’s a 100% discount, giving that procedure as a free service, or a lesser discount, the discount is not only automatically calculated at the time of treatment planning, but is also posted automatically at the time of a code completion in the patient ledger, removing the possibility of entering a wrong discount or forgetting to enter a discount altogether.
With the uniqueness of each office and their business needs, we created the discount to be flexible, so it doesn’t impact your net production, but instead, only impacts your collections. Alternatively, each financial report in CareStack gives the option to include or exclude the membership discount in your totals, to give a customized total depending on your business model, which also includes calculating provider payroll when based on production, collection, or applied payments.
Patient Notifications
3 QuestionsPatients have the option to receive email, text, or both, and this setting is added to the patient's chart online, automatically determining the type of communication they receive. You can also customize the communication you deliver depending on the options the patient has chosen.

Phone Integrations

Payment Reminders

Your office has the ability to use our integrated merchant, which offers Text to Pay functionality. This allows your patients to take care of balances through a text while eliminating the double-entry reconciliation, saving the practice time and money.
Yes. your custom-tailored patient lists can be exported as .csv files and be used in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple, Numbers, and anyother spreadsheet editing software.
The character limit for the text message is 120 characters. It is important to keep message length brief to ensure the text is received in it’s entirety on all devices and carriers, including older model cell phones.

You can filter out patients that may not be the right fit for receiving a review request from your office.

Patient Portal

Only the responsible party will see the entire account information. If the spouse wants to have their own email address they can then view their account information.
Carestack has created a 2-factor authentication which will send you an email with a sequence of numbers that will be required to log in.
If you have the production calendar set, then patients can view the availability for specific types of appointments such as recall and emergency exams.
Patient Kiosk
4 QuestionsPatients will log in with their last name and DOB. They will only be able to see their information for that day’s appointment. In Kiosk mode, once they have checked in will be automatically logged out after 10 seconds to prevent another patient from accessing their information.
No - they will only see accepted treatment. All proposed treatment will be visible in Office and Provider Modes only.
Yes! Registering as a new patient is a feature in the Kiosk Mode.
Yes - you can select what information is requested from the patients and also decide whether or not that information is mandatory.

Notes can be written by the provider at any time. Some providers choose to write notes before, during, or after a procedure.
Yes! Each provider can have notes built to their liking. Providers can specify want they would like to see on their own notes per procedure.
Notes can be finalized from the main note screen or the incomplete notes List on the main dashboard, at any time. Click on the note, then finalize with a password (if you wish). Log on from home for convenience!

Financing Integrations
