Maria has been recognized as an Innovative Operations Strategist for co-creating the Practice Operating Cycle™, a concept for operational and service excellence. She is a goal-oriented, growth-driven executive with demonstrated success in large DSOs (Dental Support Organizations). In her career, she has conceptualized and implemented operations initiatives to improve efficiencies, increase patient satisfaction, and drive revenue growth for multiple healthcare businesses. Her biggest strength is her ability to solve problems while overcoming adversity. At CareCoaching, she works closely with clients to create, manage, and implement scalable strategies to influence company culture and make an impact on the bottom line business objectives.
Jacqi brings with her nearly a decade of experience in the dental space as an operational leader, working with various dental facilities, including community health centers, private practices, and dental groups. In her most recent role, she served as a Regional Operations Manager for a growing DSO. Since joining CareStack in 2021, Jacqi has combined her knowledge in dental operations with her expertise in CareStack’s practice management software to create efficient workflows that leverage CareStack’s unique capabilities. She is passionate about finding ways to increase revenue growth by building efficient processes and promoting collaboration among teams.
Malorie has been associated with the dental industry since 2015, serving in both DSOs and private practices. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, while also having worked as a Dental Assistant and an Office Coordinator. Her biggest strength is in optimizing processes for improving efficiency. Since joining CareStack in 2021, she has also become an expert user of CareStack, helping our clients leverage the software to achieve operational excellence.
Amanda has been associated with the dental industry since 2008, having worked in various clinical and administrative capacities in private practice and DSO settings. She holds a degree in information technology and health informatics, and combines her strong enthusiasm for data analysis with her knowledge of practice operations, and her passion for enhancing operational efficiency. At CareStack, she assists practices in evaluating their existing processes and formulating necessary improvements to drive practice growth and patient satisfaction.
Ieva is an accomplished professional with over seven years of experience in patient coordination, revenue cycle management, and orthodontic operations. She began her career as a front desk administrator and worked her way up to become an insurance coordinator for a bustling orthodontic practice, which was part of a growing DSO. She is highly motivated and detail-oriented, and takes great pride in fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Ashlie has been associated with the dental industry since 2005, when she started working as a dental hygienist. Her extensive experience in various settings and roles, including teaching and training users, has led to a deep understanding of the industry, and its finer nuances driven by different geographies, business environments and patient expectations. She leverages her expertise in CareStack, as well as other dental software to optimize workflows for offices that are new to CareStack. Ashlie's passion lies in helping dental offices improve their operations and achieve growth.
Lily has been in Dentistry since 2001. She is a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who has served in the DSO space in C-Suite positions, while maintaining her emphasis on Patient-centric care. In her career, she has developed tools and programs to select, onboard and coach team members to successfully serve in Leadership and Administrative roles. At CareStack, Lily works closely with clients, understanding their staffing structure and identifying areas of improvement to get the best out of each staff member in the practice. She is passionate about helping her team members and clients achieve their full potential and reach their professional goals.
