No. This can be configured on a user level, so team members who do not answer the phone can avoid accidentally answering a call.

Can I use this with my corded phone service, or do I have to switch to a VoIP phone service?

These services utilize VoIP phone service, so your existing phone service would not integrate with CareStack.

Can I switch a call between my computer and cell phone?

Some additional features of the service may be available with the whole suite/product, but the integration with CareStack is focused on screen pop and outbound calls.

Is it hard to set this up?
